Service Department
Mopar Express Lane — No Appointment Needed
A dedicated service line for the routine jobs, so an oil change does not have to mean surrendering your afternoon.
Drive in, no appointment
Express Lane exists because routine maintenance should not be scheduled a week out. It is a separate service line for the predictable jobs — the ones where we already know what is involved and roughly how long it takes — so they do not sit in the queue behind a transmission strip-down.
Drive in and we will work you in. If you would rather have a slot in the diary, book online and we will schedule it, but you do not need to.
What Express Lane covers
- Oil and filter change, using the grade your engine actually specifies
- Tire rotation with a brake inspection while the wheels are off
- Tire pressure and tread check
- Battery testing, and replacement where it is needed
- Multi-point vehicle inspection
- Engine air filter replacement
- Wiper blade replacement
- Fluid level checks and top-ups
- Chassis lubrication
- Exterior bulb replacement
Headlamp assemblies are sometimes excluded from quick-lane bulb work depending on the vehicle — on some models the bumper has to come off, which is not a quick-lane job. We will tell you before we start rather than after.
What belongs in a scheduled appointment instead
Being straight about the limits is more useful than pretending the quick lane does everything:
- Anything needing diagnosis — a check-engine light, an intermittent fault, a noise nobody can reproduce on demand
- Brake work beyond inspection, such as pads, rotors or a fluid flush
- Cooling system flushes and transmission service
- Suspension and alignment work
- Warranty and recall repairs, which need parts confirmed in advance
If you come in for an oil change and we find something in that category, we will tell you what we found and book it properly rather than starting work you did not agree to.
Most makes and models
You do not need to own a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram or FIAT to use Express Lane. Those are what we see most and what our technicians are factory-trained on, but the quick lane is open to most vehicles.
Genuine Mopar parts
Express Lane work is done with genuine Mopar parts — the same specification fitted at the factory, tested for fit and function against the original engineering drawings. On a routine oil change that mostly means the filter and the oil grade are right, which is not glamorous but is exactly where getting it wrong causes trouble later.
If you want the longer version of that argument, we wrote one: genuine OEM parts vs aftermarket — including the cases where aftermarket is the sensible choice.
Common questions
- Do I need an appointment for Express Lane?
- No. Express Lane is a dedicated service line built around walk-ins — drive in and we work you in. If you would rather lock in a time, you can still book online and we will schedule it.
- Does Express Lane only take Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and FIAT?
- No. Mopar Express Lane covers most makes and models. We are a CDJRF dealership, so those are what we see most and know best, but you do not need to own one to use the quick lane.
- What is the difference between Express Lane and booking a normal service?
- Express Lane handles routine, predictable jobs on a dedicated line so they do not queue behind bigger work. Anything that needs diagnosis, a road test or several hours on a lift belongs in a scheduled appointment, where we can give it the time it needs.
- What is included in the multi-point inspection?
- A technician looks over fluids, belts and hoses, battery condition, tire tread and pressure, brakes, lights and wipers, then tells you what is fine, what to keep an eye on, and what needs attention now. It comes with the visit — you are not obliged to have anything else done.
- Can Express Lane replace my battery?
- Yes, including testing it first so you are not replacing a battery that is actually fine. Out-of-warranty replacements are handled on the spot in most cases.
